Kickboxing Class Types:

Metro Fight Club MMA Pro Classes

As the name suggests, this is a kickboxing class for the pros. Beginners to kickboxing are encouraged to start with our adult kickboxing classes or schedule training sessions with our staff before participating. The Metro Fight Club MMA Pro Class includes sparring.

Kids Kickboxing Classes

Brand new as of Summer 2021, our kids kickboxing classes are perfect for kids ages 5-12 who want to learn the fundamentals of kickboxing. There will be an emphasis on technique, footwork, and conditioning.

Classes will be every Monday and Wednesday at 515pm. Please contact the gym if you have any questions.

Cardio Kickboxing Classes

This is the kickboxing class for people looking to get their heart rate up, and FAST! Classes typically last for 45 minutes of moderate-intensity kickboxing circuits mixed in with hand work. There is no kickboxing experience required to participate in this class.
