Located in the Houston Heights neighborhood, O Athletik is a facility that provides the equipment, classes, and trainers necessary to guide you through your health and exercise journey. Housed in a facility that is over 35,000 square feet, O Athletik is an active community where you can workout in a high-tech environment.

At O Athletik, the best gym in the Heights, we offer many different boutique fitness classes at one amazing price! We have several signature programs including performance training, yoga, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA, barre, and a heavily equipped weight room. With over 100 classes a week, our gym is catered to fit your busy schedule. We also have additional resources available including our endless swimming pool, in-gym cafe, sauna and steam room, outdoor hill, adults sports leagues, and Little O sports programs and classes for children.
