The two new classes are called Yin Yang O Flow and Sand Yoga.
Yin Yang O Flow
When: Tuesdays, 7pm-8pm
Where: O Athletik Yoga Room
Equipment: Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and towel. They will otherwise be provided to you.
Yin Yang O Flow is an intermediate-level yoga class, but all levels are welcome to attend!
Yin Yang O Flow is a yoga class that blends two styles into one practice: bringing together the benefits of passively holding restorative poses with dynamic flowing sequences and balancing postures. The goal of the class is to build strength, stamina, and increase your flexibility while having a heavy emphasis on mindful meditation.
This is a great medium-intensity class to add to your fitness routine to help with workout recovery, longevity, and injury prevention.
When: Wednesdays, 6:45pm – 7:45pm
Where: Outdoor Volleyball Area
Equipment: None required, but bring a beach towel if you’d like!
Sand Flow is a great way to mix up your typical yoga routine in – you guessed it – the sand! This yoga class gives you all the benefits of yoga plus the added challenge of working on unstable services.
The sand will put your balance to the test! It’s also a great way to get outside and soak in some sun!
